We understand that each bookstore has its own preferences when it comes to order fulfillment. This is why we offer several options for placing orders, whether:

• Via your store management software.
• Via INGRAM in collaboration with our distributor.
• Via our direct distributors.
• Live, by creating an account on our website.

Our teams support you in all your steps via a dedicated line and a real-time discussion system.

Free Visibility on Our Site:


We value our partnerships with bookstores and we believe in mutual promotion. This is why we offer free of charge to all bookstores that sell our titles the possibility of being visible on our website and priority processing of their orders with our partners. We want our readers to be able to easily find our books, no matter where they choose to purchase them. By ensuring visibility of partner bookstores on our site, we are strengthening our commitment to the bookstore community and fostering a unified shopping experience for our customers in store instead of on our own website.

We classify our partners on our site into 2 categories, in order to better guide our customers.

• Gold Category: Concerns all bookstores and book professionals, who have a high volume of business in our catalog, either through our distributors or through direct sales.
• Partner bookstores: Bookstores and book professionals who have placed orders for our titles over the last 6 months, via our distributors.​
• Point of sale: Concerns booksellers and book professionals attached to the Dilicom network, and who can place orders for our titles.
